NetViewer
NetViewer enables next level solutions to transmit our screen to other computers (1 to 15 participants) via internet. It can also be used for support to get the screen of a customer to us.
If required - and you give us the permission - we can connect us via NetViewer to your PC. So we can improve our support opportunities or are faster able to present you a tool in which you may be interested. You do not have anything to install (just use one of the follwing links and enter the right key/id) and it is all for free.
Use the Support-Access for maintenance and support issues or one-to-one presentations. The Meet-Access is used for more than one external participants for example presentations or discussions. next level solutions will define which Access is required and provide a session key (via phone or e-mail).
