Within the conception phase relevant stakeholders should be involved. Established approaches, systems and templates should be taken into account and integrated. Missing or problematic issues should be added or optimised.
At the end of the conception phase exists an "customizing list" which contains positions that generally can be orderd separately.
Particularly at the implementation of simple tools a cascading development approach is recommended. That means implementation of the defined customizing is carried out after approval of the functional specification.
